Established in honor of one of our Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program™ founders, the John Bradley STEM Award for Inspirational Leadership recognizes exceptional individuals whose inspirational leadership has helped attract, encourage, educate, guide, and increase the number of promising yet underrepresented students in STEMM.

The recipient of the John Bradley STEM Award for Inspirational Leadership is selected by the CPASS Foundation Board of Directors through a confidential internal nomination and review process. Established in honor of one of the founding members of the Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program™, the award recognizes individuals whose inspirational leadership has significantly contributed to attracting, educating, and guiding promising students—particularly those historically underrepresented in STEMM fields. Selection is based on demonstrated impact, commitment to mentoring and advocacy, and alignment with the mission and values of CPASS.
